PeaceEver TV reported in the UN Headquarters: invited by UNICEF, representative of PeaceEver TV participated in the ceremony hosted by UNICEF’s session of Sustainable Development to celebrate UN Earth Day.

The event organized in Hall 2 in connection with young people who are at the forefront of demanding climate action -- so to celebrate UN Earth Day this year, young creators and innovators are gathering to inspire not only their peers to take action, but to inspire world leaders to listen to, invest in and engage with young people in climate solutions.

The ceremony was hosted by Ms. Shnoon O Shea from UNICEF, and she also gave the welcome speech. The President of the 72nd session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Miroslav Lajčák  attended the ceremony and gave an opening remarks. After that, the Indian Ambassador to the United Nations delivered a keynote speech. Later  under the host of the  Moderator Lauren Singer the climate heroes discussed their invention and creation.

More than 400 representatives participated in this event, including the president of the General Assembly, other UN officials, and young representatives from different countries. The news director of Peaceever Media Group, Margaret Yiyi Shi attended this meeting.
